Introduction

•          These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use ofLanguee: AI Language Partner (the "App"), a language learning andpractice application powered by AI technology. By using the App, you agree tothese Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Using Languee

•          License to Use: Subject to these Terms, we grant you anon-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for yourpersonal, non-commercial use.

•          Account Registration: You may need to register an account toaccess certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and completeinformation during the registration process.

Content and Conduct

•          User Content: You are responsible for the contentyou contribute and agree not to post anything illegal, offensive, or infringingon others' rights.

•          Prohibited Use: You agree not to misuse the App orhelp anyone else do so.

Intellectual Property

•          All intellectual property rights in the App, includingsoftware, design, text, images, and data, are owned by Languee or our licensorsand are protected by intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Services and Content

•          The App may display or link to third-party content orintegrate third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party contentor services.

Termination

•          We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if youviolate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation ofLiability

•          The App is provided "as is" without warrantiesof any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will always be safe, secure, orerror-free or that the App will always function without disruptions, delays, orimperfections.

Governing Law

•          These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark,excluding its conflicts of law principles.

Changes to the Terms

•          We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify youof material changes and, if you continue to use the App after that, you areagreeing to the new terms.

Subscription Terms for Languee: AI Language Partner

1. Subscription Services

• Languee offers a subscription service that provides users with unlimited conversations with the AI language partner. This premium feature enhances the learning experience by allowing unrestricted access to advanced conversational practice.

2. Subscription Plans and Pricing

• We offer various subscription plans (e.g., monthly, yearly). Detailed information about the pricing and features of each plan is available within the App or on our website.

3. Free Trial

• We may offer a free trial period for the subscription service. You will not be charged during the free trial period, and you can cancel at any time before the trial period ends to avoid charges.

4. Automatic Renewal and Billing

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless canceled. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, based on the plan chosen).

5. How to Cancel

• You can cancel your subscription at any time via appropriate app store (App Store or Google Play). Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Refunds

• We do not provide refunds for any partial subscription periods, except as expressly stated and required by law.

7. Changes to Subscription Prices

• We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and, if applicable, will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. Continued use of the App after the price change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified subscription price amount.

8. Changes to the Subscription Service

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the subscription service (or any part thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
